Membership Applications to the PNAMH are now done through the PNAA Website:

Follow these steps to complete your membership application:

  1. Click on the "Register Now" orange button. This will take you to the application form.
  2. Choose "Active Membership" / PNA- Metro Houston.
  3. Fill-up the application form. For questions you choose not to answer, put n/a.
  4. Membership Fees:
    • One-year membership - $80.00 ($50.00 credited to PNAA / $30.00 credited to PNAMH).
    • Two-year membership - $150.00 (discount of $10.00).
  5. Pay by credit card or PayPal.

Membership Categories

  1. Active Membership: Any Filipino-American nurse who has been granted a license to practice as a registered nurse in the Philippines and in any state of the United States and/or its territories.
  2. Associate Membership: Any registered nurse of non-Filipino ethnic origin with a license to practice in any state of the United States and/or its territories and recommended by an active member. Licensed Vocational Nurses and Student Nurses are included in this category.
  3. Honorary Membership: A person to whom an Honorary membership is conferred by the Executive Board. This person must have rendered distinguished service or valuable assistance to the nursing profession and towards achieving the objectives of the organization.
  4. Lifetime Membership: Awarded to all former presidents of the PNAMH.
